VENTING- (pictures coming later)

Man things have been so crazy around our home!First Tylers accident happened... and Tyler is finally recovering very well. I have been having a HECK of a time nursing lately. I was sooo ready to just throw in the towel bc I injured my shoulder, been bleeding causing baby to throw up blood and just was in soooo much pain! I thought I could tough it out but it got worse and worse! I met with a consultant yesterday and realized that I am having an alergic reaction to lansinoh!!!! It gave me a freakin chemical burn on top of the soreness from nursing. Luckily I am not using it anymore and she helped me to fix the problem with the latch on so I am praying I will be able to tough it out and it will only get better from here. I haven't been able do do anything in weeks because all of my time was spent on figuring out how to nurse without dying:) And poor Kash has not had any mommy time. I am lucky to have amazing family that helps watch him everyday!!!! Lundyn also was going through a scary time of choking when she would drink to much and then she would stop breathing for a sec or pass out. One time she turned so blue and it scared us to death. She is doing better and it has not happened since then. SCARY SCARY SCARY! But things should only get beeter now! I am so thankful for FAMILY AND FRIENDS that are willing to help pull you through the hard times:)

I HAVE CIGNA CLINIC INSURANCE AND AM LOOKING FOR A GOOD DOCTOR... DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF ONE?

I am so sorry things haven't been going too well with the nursing thing...I feel for you! And all the rest of the "stuff" that's been going on. Goodness!! I have a great family physician with Cigna...I really like her a lot, and she is a very thorough. Maybe a little too much because of my age :). I feel like she knows what's she doing. She's a young cute little thing. Her name is Alicia Baker. She's at the new Cigna on the NW corner of Greenfield & Brown and her # is 218-2779. Hang in there!!

This happened to Tatum. It is not normal(my doctor said)She had barium swallows(showed she was doing something called penetration) and you might have to thicken her feeds. She would turn blue and choke....I thought this is normal isn't it???Once we figured it out she did so amazing.I hope she gets better!I only nursed Tatum for 3 months.GOOD LUCK!
